Yes, we do offer custom toppers! Custom/non-standard toppers require a 1-2 production time so definitely keep that in mind when placing your order.

Unfortunately, due to the shapes and textures on the products writing on them is sometimes difficult and doesn’t give the cleanest look. Hence the reason that we prefer the use of toppers to go on top of the product. (also my handwriting can be kind of messy!)

For custom party requests feel free to place an order if you know what you want, or if your order is more custom and bespoke reach out to us on WhatsApp or text and we can discuss specifics and how to customize your order. We have a ton of experience with weddings, engagements, birthdays, baby showers, and gender reveals, and love curating unique twists that make your vision come to life!

The earlier the better! The most lead time we have the better it is for us, we can take order requests months or weeks in advance whatever works best for you.

While you can reach out via our Instagram DM’s to ask questions and chat through your specific needs, we prefer you to place your order on our website. In special cases, we will accept Instagram orders, but you will still receive an invoice for payment.

Once your order has been dispatched for delivery you will receive a WhatsApp message or text from us with the expected ETA of your order.

Based on availability, we might be able to accommodate your request for a last-minute order request. This would be considered a rush order and less than 5 days of lead time results in an additional $10 rush fee. Anything with less than 24-48 hour lead time results in an additional $15 rush fee. Pickup is currently located in Frisco, TX. Once your order has been confirmed, paid for, and is close to ready for pickup we will reach out with the exact pick up address for you to arrive at.

Your order will be delivered from a temperature controlled to preserve the integrity of the product. We recommend that you DO NOT leave the product outside unless you plan on serving or consuming it rather quickly. Please store the products in the fridge until you’re ready to serve or enjoy. You will want to leave it the products out for about 20-30 mins before serving to allow the product to reach room temperature for ideal enjoying to ensure that the products soften the infusion syrups that are inside the product. The only exception to this policy is our Mango Cheesecake which can be enjoyed directly from the refrigerator. Since all our products contain milk, should you leave the product out for extended periods of time we are not responsible for any spoiling of the product that comes from the product left at high temperature for extended periods of time?
